Holistic Management
At Goods Farm, we believe that human beings can be a positive part of nature, if we live as we should. And if we nurture the well-being of the land, the land will nurture us. Our farming practices are founded on strengthening the fundamental ecosystem processes, and guided by a vision of the thriving future we wish for all generations to come. All food produced here is chemical free, and from healthy soils, making it nutrient dense and good for body, soil and soul!

About Us
Goods Farm is managed by Gerard, who is a new entrant with a background in healthcare as well as ecology. There are several part time members of the team, including a GP called Nick, and Gerard's twin brother Adam. And of course our traditional Hereford cattle which are soon to arrive!

Nature-based well-being
Goods Farm is more than a place of production; it's a place for reconnection and well-being. Our social enterprise 'The Green Lane' has been set up to provide nature-based activities for people of all ages and abilities, that benefit physical and mental well-being, while teaching skills in crafts, seasonal food production, and practices like meditation.

Gerard is an accredited practitioner for nature based wellbeing and the Work That Reconnects. If you wish to discuss retreats, organise a day or weekend for your students or service users, or arrange a well-being day for you and your colleagues, - to name just a few ideas - please get in touch.Â
